He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma Massey and John Clark; his former wife Judy Menneke Clark; his son Craig Clark; and his sisters, Elizabeth Durham and Marium Whisnant.
He is survived by: his former wives, Nelta Ashmore Clark of Moultrie and Renee Bozeman (Bucky) of Moultrie; his wife Rhonda Clark Head of Starkville, MS; his grandchildren, Tori Bozeman (Deonta Griffin), Jamie Bozeman (Sabrina), Joey Bozeman (Tara), Zach Head (Asiah), Trevor Head and Jared Head; his great grandchildren, Jonah Head, Conner Head, Madalyn Bozeman, Jackson Bozeman, Maggie Bozeman, Josie Bozeman, Simon Bozeman, Dillon Griffin and Devin Griffin; and his brother J. D. Clark (Judy) of Moultrie.
