He is survived by: his children, Lavon Hart, Jr. of Hahira and Melissa Kay Alford of Hahira; his siblings, Charlie "Gene" Hart (Janie) of Moultrie, Joel "Randall" Hart (Jan) of Berlin and Margie Hart Owens (Gerald) of Fort Payne, Alabama; and his grandsons, Zachary Alford, Nicholas Hart and Preston Hart.
