He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ernest Fielder and Ilah Beatrice Cheek Fielder; and his sister Gloria Gail Casteel. He is survived by: his children, Samantha McEntyre (Matt) of Omega and James Lee "Jamie" Fielder of Moultrie; and his sisters, Verba Holmes (John) of Albany, Annette Brown (Jay) of Moultrie, LaJana Smith (Darell) of Doerun and Patty Ann Newman (Bobby) of Moultrie. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
