Carter of Moultrie; his stepson Brad McMillan of Ashville; his daughters, Amanda Adams of Adel and Regina Bannister of Moultrie; his stepdaughter Lauren Dykstra of Moultrie; his brother Bobby Carter (Jeanette) of Valdosta; and his grandchildren, Savannah Ambridge, Madison Faircloth, Elizabeth Adams, Allie Adams, Jagger Ray Carter and Mason Dykstra.
