It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Caroll Sheffield of Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on December 20, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Sheffield and Ruby Janey Sheffield; his grandsons, Dylan Ferguson and Brett Ferguson; and his brother Gary M. Sheffield.
He is survived by: his wife Sanda K. Sheffield; and his children, Christopher Sheffield (Liz), David Sheffield (Juli), Jay Ferguson (Kathy), John Ferguson (Janet) and T. J. Comer. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and other extended family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens (2441 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31768).
