He is survived by: his wife Patsy Phillips Jenkins of Moultrie; his children, Jackie Eugene Jenkins, Jr. (Sharon) of Savannah and Kristie Jenkins Castleberry (Lucky) of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Austin Castleberry (Samantha), Justin Jenkins, Mikah Jenkins, Jeremy Allen (Jessica) and Aaron Castleberry; and his brother Randy Jenkins (Patricia) of Moultrie.
