She was predeceased by: her former husband Otis Boutwell, Sr.; her grandson Michael Scott Hodnett; her siblings, Thelma, William and James; and her parents, Samuel Morse Akins, Sr. and Annie Rebecca Phillips Akins.
She is survived by: her husband Horace Croft; her children, Robert Boutwell, Dolores, Timothy C. "Tim" Boutwell (Debbie), Scott Boutwell, Judy Boutwell Hodnett (Albert) and Glenn Dale Boutwell; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Beth, Sandy, Robby, Gabriel, Blake and Casey; and her brothers, Samuel Akins, Jr. (Johnnie), Andrew Akins and David Akins. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
