With heavy hearts, we announce the death of India Ruth Greene Billings of Moultrie, Georgia, born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Woodrow Greene and Ruth Antley Greene; and her husband Ben Frank Billings, III. She is survived by: her sons, Ben E. Billings (Linda), Robin Billings (Donna), Tracy Billings (Kathleen), John Billings (Tina) and Jason Billings (Tonya); and her siblings, Lonnie (Brenda Greene) and Patsy Williams of Columbus. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
