He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard William Hall, Sr. and Lois Agnes Bell Hall; and his brother Jack Hall. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Elizabeth Williford (Betty); his daughter Haley Hall Hyatt (Barry) of Valdosta; his grandson Mark Howard Blanchard (Diane) of Moultrie; and his sister Mary Ann Christian of Brunswick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
