He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffery David Casey and Liddie Jane West Casey. He is survived by: his siblings, Johnny Casey and Gail Adams; his fiancée Janet Hooper; his children, Jennifer Lee Casey Berten (Steven) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and J. D. Casey of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; his grandchildren, Dylan, Ryan Simmons, Kamery Dunn, Michael Dunn, Emily Casey and David Casey; his brother Wayne Casey (Anita) of LaGrange, GA; and his brother-in-law Hershel Adams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
