She is survived by: her children, John W. Courtney, Jr. of Moultrie, GA, Jerry B. Courtney (Nancy) of Tampa, FL, Ronald A. Courtney of Tampa, FL, Terry L. Courtney (Penny) of Auburn, GA and Brenda L. Vazquez of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Brent Courtney, Justin Courtney, Kayla Courtney, Corey Strong, Chris Courtney, Sean McElhatten, Scott, Nicki Courtney and Ricky Vazquez; and her daughter-in-law Sandra Courtney of Moultrie, GA. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
