He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Floyd Allen and Noralene Goodson Allen Miller; and his brother Thomas Charles Allen. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Eldridge Allen of Moultrie; his children, Teresa Buckner (Luther) of Hartsfield, Lisa Bynum (Paul) of Moultrie and David Allen (Donna) of Norman Park; his grandchildren, Alanna McCook (Justin), Andrew Allen, Hope Mims (T. J.), Matthew Childs, Hannah Allen and Madison Allen; and his great grandchildren, Channing Allen, Mickey Mims, Jedi Allen, Trace Mims and Calleigh McCook.

Social distancing guidelines will be followed and masks are recommended.
