He is survived by: his sons, Gregg Phelps, Jr. (Sarah) of Deatsville, Jamie Phelps (Sarah) of Valdosta and Timmy Phelps of Moultrie; his sister Betty Lawrence of Moultrie; and his grandchildren, Timmy "Little T" Phelps Jr., Nathan Phelps, Hailey Phelps, Jacob Phelps, Noah Phelps, Hannah Phelps and Samuel Phelps.
