He is survived by: his wife Sandra Carlton Cook of Moultrie; his children, Brian Terrell Cook (Tiffany Lynn) of Moultrie, Megan Elise Green (Dustin) of Hartsfield, Melissa Gail Nichols (Cole) of Doerun and Brandon Glenn Cook of Moultrie; his close friend Brenda Mills Trusow of Havana, FL; and his sister JoAnn Cribbs of Crawfordville, FL.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
