He was predeceased by: his father George Delmar Howard, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Gail Weeks Howard of Moultrie; his children, Tony Johnson of Moultrie, Kevin Johnson of Thomasville and Melissa Johnson (Ted) of Panama City, Florida; and his sisters, Karen Howard Bush of Auburn and Debra Howard Bagley (Jeff) of Hamilton, Georgia. He is also survived by several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
