Rose of Atlanta, Georgia; her siblings, Jesse Phillips (Sharon) of Allentown, William Philips of Brooklyn, Richard Allen of Miami, Florida, Sarah Cody of Allentown, Betty Robinson of Fairfield and Emma J. Allen of Miami, Florida; her grandchildren, Nikki Foster, D'Neria Foster, Devin Foster, Jordan Foster and Stephen P. Foster, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Khairi Palmore and Khyler Foster. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
