He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Harper and Bobbie Howell Harper. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sue Sutton Harper of Moultrie; his children, Junior Harper of Jacksonville, Ernestine Terrel of Jacksonville, Jennifer Hancock (Cecil) of Moultrie and Karen Herod of Moultrie; his brother Bob Harper; his grandchildren, Autumn Golden Bryant (Dwight) of Moultrie, Christopher Herod, Ryan Herod and Ashley Brown; and his great grandchildren, Maelynn Bryant, Alessa Kastelic and Emmett Kastelic. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
