It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine Ellington of Moultrie, Georgia, born in Hahira, Georgia, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Milton Jordan and Ethel Donia Aldredge Jordan; her husband Jack Milburn Ellington; her son Ronald Jordan Ellington; and her siblings, Delma Jordan, Donald Jordan, Trudie Van Gasbeck and LaRue West.

She is survived by: her brother Fred Jordan of Tallahassee; her nieces, Dona West Phillips and Karen West Williams; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Watson Ellington of Thomaston, Betty Wade Ellington of Thomaston and Martha Jordan of Lutz, Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
