He was predeceased by: his parent Lewis Cecil Baker; and his sisters, Shirley Howard and Norma O'Hearn. He is survived by: his parent Bessie Cross Baker; his wife Julia M. Scott Baker of Moultrie; his daughters, Linda Miller, Patricia Baker and Sandra Courtney; and his sister Carol Shaffer of Highland. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
