He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl H. Hall and Elizabeth Jones Hall; and his siblings, Gwen Maples, Jeanette Hall Shiflett, Joanne Hall, Beth Hall Williams, Elaine Hall Holloway and Mickey Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Bryan Hall; his daughters, Leigh Hall-Weakland (Joseph R. Weakland, III) of Moultrie and Vicki Hall Floyd of Savannah; his grandchildren, Raleigh Hall Garlick (Evan), Jillian Leigh Weakland, Evan Floyd, Collin Floyd and Carson Floyd; his great grandchild Lynleigh Grace Garlick; and his nieces and nephews, Karla Douglas, Kathy Gibbs, Bill Sheffield and Tim Hall.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Colquitt County Humane Society or the Colquitt County Food Bank.
