He was predeceased by: his mother Annie May; his brother Ken Boozer; his nephew Ashley Mangham; and his brother-in-law Chuck Mangham. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Boozer Morris (Scott) of Atlanta, GA and Savannah Renae Boozer (Kalee) of Columbus, GA; his grandchildren, Matthew Morris and Trinity Blocker; his sisters, Debbie Boozer and Freda Nichols of Melbourne, FL; his former spouse Quenna Patrick; and his close friends, Hal and Debbie Suber. He is also survived by his family, friends and his beloved grand-dogs.
