He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Frazier and Gertrude Fender Wren; his son David Frazier, Jr.; and his siblings, Shirley Powers and Betty McCorkle.
He is survived by: his children, Carrie Elmore (John Thomas) of Moultrie, Tracy Frazier of Moultrie and Caryn Frazier of Baker, Florida; and his sister Hazel Dent of Douglas. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
