He was predeceased by: his father Richard Francis Hembree, Jr.; and his sister Jan Sutton. He is survived by: his mother Montine Rogers Hembree of Moultrie; his sister Amy Hembree of Tallahassee, FL; his nephews, Ben Sutton and Jared Jaskolski; and his niece Jenni Jaskolski.
