He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl Willett and Lucille Usry Willett. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Ann Arwood; his daughter Amy Willett Trussell (Steven Trussell) of Boca Raton, FL; and his grandchildren, Tyler K. Trussell and Lillian Ann Trussell.
