He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Andrew Bell and Ethel Croft Bell; and his siblings, Raymond Bell, Virginia Tucker, Thelma Williams, Shirley Snow, Charles Bell, Alvin Bell and Lona Dozier.
He is survived by: his sons, Shannon Bell (Wendy) and Eric Bell (Laura); his grandchildren, Jeremy Bell, Gabriel Bell and Catherine Bell; his great grandchild Samuel Edwards; and his brother Dolan Bell.
