She was predeceased by: her parent John Walter McElroy; and her husband Coach Tom "Babe" White of Moultrie. She is survived by: her parent Thelma Dorminy McElroy; her grandparents, Captain Jack Dorminy and Rachel Dorminy; her sister Mary McElroy Hopkins of Fitzgerald; her children, John White and Beth White Bass (Richard) of Moultrie; and her grandchild Josh Bass.
