He is survived by: his children, Beverly Conley (Peter), Suzanne Sanchez (Rick) and Joey Kent; his sister Susie Payne (Travis); his grandchildren, David Conley (Tiffany), Emily Lightsey (Drew), Daniel Conley (Natalie), Ricky Sanchez (Dani), Robby Sanchez (Kati), Remmy Sanchez and Savvy Sanchez; and his great grandchildren, Serena Sanchez, Eleanor Lightsey and Eliza Lightsey (Pat Ray).
He dedicated his time to AARP, serving in multiple leadership roles and advocating for important causes like Alzheimer's awareness.
