He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Blanche Castleberry; and his siblings, James Danny Castleberry, David Michael Castleberry and Janice Louise Castleberry. He is survived by: his children, Bronson Lee Castleberry, Avery Boaz Castleberry and Shianna Blanche Chapo; his grandchildren, Jacobi Blake Williams, Jenson Brantley Williams, Jase Eliot Chapo, Stephen Patterson Hicks, Shawn Daniel Hicks and Zayne Bronson Castleberry; and his siblings, Jesse Eugene Castleberry and Susan Ann Castleberry Nasworthy.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Moultrie Church of Christ (1915 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788).
