He is survived by: his wife Laura Janice Norman Spires of Moultrie; his daughter Kela Spires of Moultrie; his daughter-in-law Wendy Warren Spires of Tifton; his grandchildren, Tyler Spires, Brittany Spires, Skylar Spires and Makala Spires; and his siblings, Harry Spires (Madis) of Berlin and Lillie Mae Hartsfield of Sylvester.
