She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Weldon and Sallie Riggs Weldon; her husband Philip Rhodes; and her daughter Vicki Lynne Rhodes Albazzaz. She is survived by: her grandson Tariq Albazzaz; her sister Carolyn Leddy of Lavonia; her nephew James; and her niece Carol Weldon of Moultrie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home (2222 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31788). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
