He is survived by: his sons, Johnathan Tillman (Nicole) and Jonah Tillman (Mary); his grandchildren, MaKenzie Harnage, Jay Tillman, Jackson Tillman, Judd Tillman, Diana Drummond, Sophia Drummond, Hadley Tillman and Isaiah Tillman; and his siblings, Irwin "Ned" Tillman (Sheri), Robbie Tillman (Susan), Renna Dasher (Hal) and Alyshia Strickland (Stuart).

Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hopewell Baptist Church (1584 Hopewell Church Rd, Moultrie, GA 31788). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery (1735 Hopewell Church Rd, Moultrie, GA 31788).
