He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Keyes Paige; and his parents-in-law, Gerald Jacobs and Ruth Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Denise Jacobs Paige of Moultrie; his daughter Adriana Danielle Lopez (Israel) of Moultrie; his grandchild Ayelli Lopez; his sisters-in-law, Lynn Jacobs of Moultrie, Melissa Flowers of Moultrie and Traci Tucker (Gary) of Valdosta; and his aunt Joy Ricks (Randy) of Moultrie. He is also survived by 1 niece, 5 nephews, and 2 great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers and food, the family asked memorials can be made directly to the funeral home.
