He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Sandoval and Lucia Calvo Sandoval; and his sister Dora Cuellar. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Williams Sandoval of Moultrie; his sons, Joseph Sandoval (Nancy) of North Carolina, Richard Sandoval (Diana) of Ohio, Stephen Sandoval of Virginia and Jack Adams (Leslee) of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Tyler Sandoval (Carrie), Lian Sandoval and Madison Adams; and his great grandchild Rosemary Sandoval. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
