He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Jefferson Pate, Sr. and Betty Elizabeth Plymel Pate. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Sue Cannon Pate of Moultrie; his children, Tonya Brown of Valdosta and Glen Pate of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Raven Sutton, Macey Brown, Alex Pate, Kayleigh Pate, Morgan Pate and Lacey Pate; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Hester of Chandler Pate, A. J, Kadence Pate and Addie Pate; and his siblings, Richard A. Pate (Donna) of Moultrie, Sharon Baird (Billy) of Doerun and Brenda Woods of Thomasville.
