She was predeceased by: her parents, Janie Fussell Miller and James Weston Miller, Sr.; her former husband Simmie Spivey; her grandson Carlton Wright; her children-in-law, Margie Spivey, Jack Cox and Jonthan "Jon" Thorne; and her siblings, Fannie Josephine Jones, Gussie Mae Thompson, Lucille Brown, Andrew Jackson Miller, Nellie Jane Cole, James Weston Miller, Jr., Joe Ellis Miller, Charlie Glenn Miller, Homer Lee Miller, Oscar Miller, Anna Merle Bozeman, John Daniel Miller, Robert E. Lee Miller and Eula Lee Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Moultrie; her children, Judy Cox, Robert Spivey, June Shirling (William), Barbara Thorne and Richard Spivey (Cindy); and her caregiver Brandy NeSmith. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; along with a number of extended family members and friends.
