He was predeceased by: his parent Alfred Lee Palmer; and his daughter Sally Michelle Palmer Murphy. He is survived by: his parent Flossie Dean Palmer; his wife Christine Morey Howard of Moultrie; his children, Timothy Ray Palmer and Angela Marie Palmer; his nephew John Thomas Morey of Moultrie; and his siblings, Ronnie Lee Palmer of Acworth, GA. and Connie Sue DeMott of Moultrie. He is also survived by two grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
