He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Mae Montford Bembroy and Ernest Waters. He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara Waters and Deidra Waters of Delray Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Richard, Khamara, Amber, Chanteira and Milan; his great grandchildren, Valerie of Delray Beach, Florida and Autumn of Delray Beach, Florida; his siblings, Ernestine Waters Lovell of Atlanta, Georgia and Herbert J. Waters (Yvonne) of East Point, Georgia; his uncle Rev. Hosie Waters (Louise) of Montezuma, Georgia; and his nieces and nephews, Mark Lovell, Michael Lovell, Andrea Winston and Audrey Potter (Anthony) of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
