She was predeceased by: her parents, Till Hunt and Ethel Mae Mims Hunt; her husband Wilmer Russell "Sam" Burke; her daughter Linda Kay Whittaker; her brother Marvette Hunt; her grandchildren, Shannon McKeller and Ryan Tyndall; and her great grandchild Justice Tyndall.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Burke, Gale McCoy and Jackie Tyndall; and her sisters, Faye Olive and Dorothy Campbell. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
