She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Nathan Bettis; her grandparents, Doc, Grace Bettis, Willard and Nell Bolt; her uncle Alex Wayne Bolt; and her aunt Myra Gene Sims (Hank).
She is survived by: her mother Sarah Jacobsen of Alexandria, AL; her stepmother Cyndy Bettis of Franklin, GA; her sister Sonja Bettis of Alexandria, AL; her stepsister Kelly Banks of Morrow, GA; and her aunts and uncles, Brenda, Rick Shaw, Fay, Donny Woodard and Carl Bolt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, she would have favored contributions to a local Humane Society or favorite charity.
