He is survived by: his wife Nellene E. Harley; his children, Debra L. Patterson (John) of Deland, FL., Samuel F. Harley, Jr. (Sharon Taylor) of Jonesboro and R. Douglas Dingler of McDonough; and his grandchildren, Donna Lynn Patterson Gmuer (Christopher) of Gainesville, Kimberly Ann Harley of Jenkinsburg, Amy Maria Anderson (Jamie) of Apalachicola, FL., Jaclyn R. Dingler of Enterprise, AL., Joshua Dingler of Morristown, TN, Megan Dingler of McDonough and Brandy Hardy of Jackson, GA.. He is also survived by 17 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild.
