She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mathews and Pansy Mathews; her husband Carl E. Hayes; her sons, Mark Hayes and Marty Hayes; her son-in-law Alan Massey; and her grandson Greg Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Hayes; her daughter-in-law Debbie Hayes; and her grandchildren, Brad Hayes (Ashley), Jeremy Hayes (Christy) and Rebecca Durrance (Josh). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
