He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Hawk. He is survived by: his sons, Richie Hawk (Melody) and Marty Hawk; his grandchildren, Brandie Hawk, Amanda Campbell (Cody) and Joseph R. Hawk (Sydney); and his great grandchildren, Kylan Parton, Rylan Hawk, Lillian LaFalce, Annabelle Campbell, Shantel Hawk, Corley Campbell, Channing Campbell and Elisa Hawk. He is also survived by two sons and spending time with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
