He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Chapman and Ruth Chapman. He is survived by: his spouse Dana Langford Chapman; his children, Anastasia Chapman and David H. Chapman; his siblings, Jane Sinyard and Charles H. Chapman; his nephews, Matthew Sinyard and Brian Sinyard; and his sister-in-law Jodi Harris (David). He is also survived by several nieces and several great nieces and nephews.
