He is survived by: his wife Mary Brazeal; his daughters, Debbie Harkness (Ken) of McDonough, GA and Susan Cook (Chester) of Alpharetta, GA; his grandchildren, Stephanie Green (Joe) of Atlanta, GA, Kevin Cook (Brianne) of Alpharetta, GA, Rebekah Harkness of Asheville, NC and Collin Cook (Alex) of Brooklyn, NY; and his great grandchild Emmy Green of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation be made to the General Fund at Morrow First United Methodist Church, in the name of Jerry Brazeal, and sent to 5985 Jonesboro Road, Morrow, GA 30260.
