He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Morgan; his parents, Harold Holzworth and Mae Holzworth; and his brother Jerry Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Mendez (David), Gus Morgan (Shelley) and Nathan Morgan (Bonnie); his brother David Holzworth (Melanie); and his grandchildren, David Jr., Daniel, Charlie, Caroline, Wyatt and Teddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
