He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shirley; his daughters, Lynn Henderson of Rex, Laurie Shirley of Rex and LaRee DePaolo (Bob) of Locust Grove; his sister Mary Cooper of Morrow; his grandchildren, Nicholas Henderson (Heather), Kelly Saxby (Patrick), Kyle Henderson and Meredith Cox; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Levi, Kase, Shirley Kate, Knox and Sutton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
