He was predeceased by: his brother Brandon Black. He is survived by: his parents, Shelly Blackburn and David Mitchell Skinner, Sr.; his stepfather Kenneth Wayne Blackburn; and his siblings, Christy Freeman (Daniel), Gregory Skinner and Steven Skinner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
