She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosie Ellen Rice and James Cannon; her sons, Patrick and Dwight; her husband Douglas Whittaker; her sister Virginia Reid; her niece Patti Poovey Forbes; and her nephew Harold Reid.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen and Roger Whittaker; and her sister-in-law Louise Conner.
