It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Childre of Morris, Georgia, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Walston and Maude Mann Walston; her husband Rudolph J. Childre, Sr.; and her brothers, Thomas Walston, Charles Walston and Billy Walston.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Adams (Tracey) and Missy Conner (Eric); her grandchildren, Austin Cooper (Summer), Hayden Conner, Josh Adams, Lauren Stanley (Matt), Drew Usry and Emily Godbee (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Adam Stanley, Fletcher Cooper, Charlestyn Godbee and Chandler Godbee; and her siblings, Gene Walston (Delores), Howard Walston (Nancy), David Walston (Katherine), Frankie Walston, Johnny Walston, Hayward Walston, Calvin Walston, Annette Koskiner and Kathy Carrol. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Per CDC requirements, the family will be observing social distancing, and masks are requested and appreciated. Due to the current national health concern, the family would appreciate phone calls, cards, texts, and e-mails.
