He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Claude and Sue Cook of Fort Gaines, Georgia.. He is survived by: his parents, James Lloyd Rice II of Daytona and Catherine Rice (Cook) of Fort Gaines, Georgia; his sister Margot McMinn (Brantley) of Saint Simons Island; and his grandparents, Brady, Bess Allen of Jacksonville, FL. and James Lloyd Rice I of St. Augustine. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and several cousins.
